LA Chefs For Human Rights is an effort started by Cassia owners Kim Luu-Ng and Bryant Ng to support and raise funds for Human Rights. 100% profits from the event were donated to Program for Torture Victims, which is the first rehabilitation center in the United States dedicated to treating survivors of government-sponsored torture.
